Gujrat HC rejects stay on Hardik Patel about the conviction in rioting case.
A congress leader Hardik Patel has a big shock just weeks before of lok sabha election, on friday the Gujrat High Court rejected his appeal for whuttering a stay on his conviction in the 2015 Mehsana rioting case.Due to his conviction,Hardik Patel won't able to have apprenticeship in upcoming lok sabha election,as per the rule of the people act 1951.
The Gujrat high Court also observed that the congress leader had several criminal cases and 17 FIRs registered against him which is despite an undertaking.Moreover the judge also account the number of pending cases against the applicant across various courts before rejecting his plea.
