Game of Thrones Season 8 Trailer
After giving away many posters, motion posters, teasers, and first looks, HBO finally dropped the trailer of Game of Thrones, season 8 on Tuesday.
It's nearly time for Game of Thrones season 8, which will bring the story to a close, and HBO has finally unveiled a full-length trailer that's packed with tantalizing reveals.
The trailers open with Arya Stark breathing heavily and next we see her running away from something in the dark corridors and saying, "I know death". Next, we see Bran, Brienne of Tarth and Samwell Tarly gearing up for the great war ahead.
The season is likely to have the longest consecutive battle sequence. The shoemakers claim that something like this has never been done in television or in a movie and is said to 'blow everybody away'.
" I know Death "
Maisie Williams' Arya Stark is the first face you see in the trailer.
By the end of the last season, she had reunited with her brother Bran and sister Sansa at Winterfell - and Littlefinger has just become the latest person she's killed.
"I know Death. He's got many faces. I look forward to seeing this one," she says in the trailer.
George thinks the scene is taken from "the major battle we're going to have between the dead and the living".
"Is this towards the end of her time on the show? Are we going to get a big showdown towards the end of that scene?"
